Yes, two of the most important things I would check are the cylinder stop and the spacing between the cylinder and barrel mouth. A few Taurus Judge revolvers I have seen don’t catch on the cylinder stop and if the cylinder moves just past the catch and the firing pin is struck with the cylinder out of alignment it may result in damage and injury. Likewise, if the distance between the cylinder and barrel mouth is too great, the round exiting the cylinder and entering the barrel mouth may catch a little resulting in metal flake and burning powder escaping and being blown outward and this can be dangerous.
